What is Yoga?


YOGA literally means INTEGRATION. Derived from the Sanskrit word YUJ (to join), Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit.

In this sense, Yoga represents a process through which one can learn how to live in the most integrated way.
